One day at a Personal Training & Self Development conference I met another Personal Trainer who’d change my life forever. His name was Brad, and explained why he wasn’t working the floor anymore (the most dreaded job as a personal trainer). He was generating leads for his trainers, and many other local businesses.

Brad took me under his wing, and showed me the ropes. He taught me the in & outs of search engine optimization, building websites the right way, and generating leads for my business.

I applied what I was learning directly to my personal training website. It wasn’t immediate, but after a few months of constant work my phone was ringing, new email inquiries were piling up and my local competition was calling to complain.

I realized that when I was able to provide a clear, consistent, and measurable return on investment to local businesses throughout Connecticut that making a huge impact. Honestly, it was making a larger impact than my personal training business. Certain businesses though just didn’t have the search volume to justify a search engine optimization campaign.
